Just steps away from the water banks of the magical lake Lugano, at the heart of the old town center of Porlezza in northern Italy, are 4 newly decorated holiday apartments. The apartments were passionately designed by an artist inside an ancient house from the 15th century. Two of the larger apartments are on the upper floors of the house, overlooking the lake. One of the lower apartments is overlooking a lovely green garden. The apartments for rent are available in different sizes: the small one suits a couple or a single tenant and the biggest apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 6 people.
The apartments are “monolocale” (open space) divided to 2-3 open levels connected with stairs equipped with a kitchen, spacious bathrooms, winter heating, air-conditioning, television sets and satellite TV.
Cars are not allowed to enter this peaceful area, however public car parks are only 3 minutes away by foot, which means that the surrounding is always peaceful and quiet.
