The Jewel in the Crown! Located in the top floor, the magnificent view of Lake Lugano is yours to have from the windows of this apartment. While the kitchen and dining area overlook the lake, the bedroom is dominated by the huge mountainous surroundings (This will be the first thing you’ll see upon waking up in the morning…). Aside from the bedroom and living room, you’ll find a charming sleeping gallery for your young companion. The apartment is built in several levels, and the open space allows for maximum feeling of space, along with full control over your kids. The Modern architecture is in constant dialogue with the ancient roots of the building, and the original elements contribute to the unique countryside feeling. Despite being offered for up to 6 guests, each of the guests will find a private corner in this apartment. (1 double bed, 2 sofa beds).
Accommodation: Bedroom with double bed, mezzanine with sofa bed, sitting area with sofa bed, dining area, fully functioning kitchen with: microwave, toaster, refrigerator, all cooking utensils/pots/pans, glasses, plates etc’, air conditioner, flat-screen TV (smart), Wi-Fi, shower and toilet.
Prices are per week (7 days). Include: bed linen, towels and electricity.
Heating gas is charged separately (October-April).
Though suitable for children, the apartments are one open space divided to 2-3 levels connected with stairs. Care must be taken with younger children.
